Reactivation with context, follow-up and clear criteria

Look again at the opportunities your business has already built.

A contact database can contain paused conversations, prospects without a next step and people who never received follow-up. Organizing it helps decide what is worth reviewing, without promising recovered sales.

When a database is forgotten

Before contacting people, understand what kind of records you have.

Not every database can be used in the same way: an old database may need validation; a prospect without follow-up may have a pending conversation; an inactive customer needs context; and an unauthorized or unreachable list should not be worked.

  1. Paused conversationsPeople who showed interest but never received a clear next step.
  2. Scattered informationData spread across spreadsheets, chats or notes that makes history difficult to review.
  3. Unclassified contactsRecords that need criteria to know which ones to review first.
  4. Interrupted follow-upOpportunities that fell out of the operation when new work arrived.

It makes sense for you when

Recovery makes sense when there is context and permission to act.

  1. There was previous interestThe person asked a question, requested information or started a conversation.
  2. Enough information existsThe record shows who the contact is and what they needed.
  3. There is a reason to returnThere is an update, a pending answer or a concrete reason to reconnect.

How recovery is organized

From a historical database to defined follow-up actions.

  1. Review

Understand which data and conversations exist.

  2. Organize

Group records and remove visible confusion.

  3. Prioritize

Define which contacts make sense for the agreed objective.

  4. Contact

Reconnect through a defined message and channel.

  5. Follow up

Record the response and the next step.

Before we begin, we need

First we validate whether the database can be reviewed and contacted.

We do not start a campaign with just any list. We define its source, permission, minimum data and objective before choosing an action.

  1. Source and permissionKnow where the database came from and confirm there is a valid reason to contact people.
  2. Minimum dataHave enough information to identify the record and use an allowed channel.
  3. Objective and criteriaAgree on what to review and when a contact should stop being worked.

Segmentation with criteria

Separate contacts before writing again.

Recovery is worked by agreed groups and conditions. Final segmentation depends on the quality and context of the available database.

  • What we know

Available data, contact source and conversation context.

  • What is missing

Information that must be completed before choosing an action.

  • What comes next

A defined action for each group: review, contact or stop.

Contact and follow-up

Reactivation does not end when a message is sent.

  • Contact

Attend interested people through the agreed channel and criteria.

  • Response

Record whether the person replied, requested information or did not continue.

  • Next step

Keep commercial follow-up from depending on memory.

What can be part of the work

The scope is defined with you.

These are configurable services from the follow-up and sales group. They are quoted according to the scope of your case.

What we do not do

We do not work lists without context, permission or a real way to contact people.

We measure reviewed contacts, conversations started, responses and next steps. We do not promise response rates or recovered sales.

  • Not every record is recoverable

    Not every contact remains relevant.

  • No promised figures

We do not promise a number of responses, appointments, sales or revenue.

  • Scope tailored to the case

Channels, messages and criteria depend on the project and available information.

Work process

First we understand the database; then we define how to act.

  1. Diagnosis

Review the database status and recovery objective.

  2. Definition

Agree on groups, channels, messages and follow-up criteria.

  3. Execution

Work on the actions included in the quoted scope.

  4. Review

Organize what happened and the available next steps.

This service is quoted according to scope: first we review your database, then we tell you what makes sense and what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

Before reviewing your database.

How does it start?

We review your database, clean it, classify contacts, define who to write to and how, reactivate them and record the result.

How much can I recover?

We do not promise a percentage. It depends on the quality of your database, how long it has been inactive and the segmentation.

What do you need from me?

Your database can be in Excel, a CSV file —a data table— or a CRM, meaning a system where you organize contacts and follow-up. Information is treated as confidential under our Terms and Privacy Notice.

Is this the same as remarketing?

No. Remarketing shows ads to people who already interacted with you; contact recovery reaches your database directly. They can be combined.

Can you use a purchased or unauthorized list?

No. Before starting, we need to know the database source and confirm there is authorization or a valid reason to contact people. An unauthorized or unreachable list is not worked.

What if my data is old or incomplete?

Part of the process is identifying which contacts are still useful and which are not. We do not work contacts without minimum contact data, such as a phone number or email.

The next step

Before investing in more reach, review what you already have.

Tell us what kind of database you have, how it has been followed up and what you want to understand before contacting people again.
