MKT-MX, operating in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site or WhatsApp.
What data we collect
Only the information you write to us: your name, your WhatsApp number, your business name, the type of need you select, the services you add to your quote and the context you choose to share. We do not request financial or sensitive personal data through the site.
How we use it
To contact you, understand your case and prepare a proposal. We do not use it for anything else, sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How it is transmitted
The home page form and the quote tool store your name, cell phone number, business name and what you wrote or selected in our database when you press the button (at the same time WhatsApp opens), so we can follow up on your request. You decide whether to send the message in WhatsApp. You may request deletion of your data by writing to us on WhatsApp, under your ARCO rights. The quote tool also keeps your selection in your browser's local storage so you do not lose it, and you can delete it from your browser settings. From that point on, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data at any time by writing to us on WhatsApp. We will address the request within a maximum of 20 business days.
