Terms and conditions
Service scope
Each offer has an exact scope: the published price applies only to the pieces, platforms and deliverables described. CRM, automation, AI, support or lead recovery, data, APIs and custom projects are quoted according to scope. Unless an offer states otherwise, it includes up to 2 consolidated feedback rounds. Any new page, functionality, platform, campaign, automation, integration or piece not included will be quoted before execution. The client must provide the access, information, copy, data and approvals needed; if those inputs are delayed, timelines may also move. Licenses, hosting, WhatsApp, telephony, AI, connectors, domain, actors and locations are separate costs unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated set of comments on a deliverable. The included rounds are stated in each offer; additional rounds or out-of-scope changes are quoted before execution.
Prices and payments
The published price applies to the exact scope described in the offer. Monthly services are paid at the beginning of each cycle. For projects, the payment method is specified in the corresponding proposal; there is no universal distribution applicable to every project. Any quoted service is defined in writing before work begins.
Gifts with a contract
Gifts offered when contracting (for example, a shared assistant with company-approved information, a landing page or sales tools) are agreed in the accepted proposal: which one applies, how it is delivered and within what timeframe. Their scope is limited, the displayed value is MKT-MX's list price if contracted separately and it does not replace the scope of the published offers. Artificial intelligence assistants can make mistakes; their content is therefore built with you and tested before delivery. Third-party licenses, usage and other costs are not included.
Price updates
We periodically review our services and prices. The price that applies to your contract is the one in the accepted proposal and remains in effect for the period stated in that proposal.
Advertising investment
Advertising investment in Google, Meta or other platforms is always separate from our fees. The media budget is paid by the client directly to the platform, unless a proposal expressly states another arrangement.
Term and cancellation
Monthly services may be cancelled by notifying us before the next billing period; the cycle already started remains active and is charged normally. For projects already started, cancellation does not eliminate payment for work performed, commitments already made or completed deliverables. Any balance or pending item is handled according to the project proposal.
Ownership of accounts and deliverables
The domain, advertising accounts, CRM, social networks and final files remain in the client's name whenever possible. The client retains ownership and responsibility for its accounts. When the relationship ends, available access and deliverables are provided according to the contracted scope.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee sales, ROAS, search-engine positions, lead volume or exact numbers within a specific period. Results also depend on the market, offer, investment, platforms, response times and other factors outside the service scope. Our commitment is to perform the agreed work and show available data clearly.
Confidentiality
Your business information, access credentials and data that we learn during the work are treated as confidential. They are not shared with third parties or used as a public case without your express written authorization, except when necessary to operate a platform or service included in the proposal.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexicali, Baja California.
